Not every great idea starts in a boardroom — sometimes, it starts in a ski lodge.

ChiroConverse was born after a chance encounter at Snowbasin Resort in Utah. Carl Case, founder of RapidTalk.ai, overheard a fellow Floridian — Dr. Joe Ferrantelli — trying to find a ride back to Park City after a day on the slopes. Carl offered him a lift, and the two struck up a conversation on the snowy mountain road that would change the course of chiropractic communication.

Dr. Joe, a leader in the field and co-founder of PostureCo, began sharing the day-to-day challenges chiropractors face: constant missed calls, overwhelmed front desks, and patients slipping through the cracks. Carl explained how his AI-powered communication platform was already transforming customer service in industries across the country.

By the time they reached Park City, they both knew there was a major opportunity to bring chiropractic into a new era — one that valued both modern communication and the patient experience.

What began as a simple ride turned into a powerful partnership. With Dr. Joe’s deep roots in the profession — including his collaboration with Dr. Deed Harrison, founder of Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) — and Carl’s tech expertise, ChiroConverse was born to serve a very specific mission:
